2. 3ounk must update their banking/payment details within the app to ensure timely transfers.
3. The platform reserves the right to delay payments due to technical issues, bank delays, or force majeure events — with timely communication of any delays.

Yalla Jam3a Commission from 3ounk

The commission that Yalla Jam3a receives is low, compared to the services provided, and its prices are suitable for all categories of students, and the commission rate is 15%, as this rate is fixed even during peak times.

Adding Balance

1. If 3ounk adds and charges his balance through CliQ service, bank card or any approved electronic payment method, this balance is non-refundable and can be used and consumed in making rides of various types and services provided in the application for a period of one year.

Unused Balance

1. The available balance in your account that is not used remains valid for one year from the date of adding the balance.
2. In the event that the balance is not used within the specified validity period, the application has the right to take appropriate measures regarding the balance by freezing, deleting or stopping it.
3. In the event that any rewards are added to your 3ounk balance by Yalla Jam3a application and are not used within the specified period by the Yalla Jam3a application, the Yalla Jam3a application has the right to cancel and deduct this reward at the specified time.

Refund Policy
